This self paced gym-based membership is built for women who want to train with purpose, build strength, and feel confident in the gym—without second guessing what to do each session.

With structured 6-week training blocks, customisable volume to suit your lifestyle, and video demonstrations for every exercise, you’ll always walk into the gym with a clear plan to follow.
